Please note this form cannot be used for the following search types:

Unknown land parcels; new developments; or large site searches. To submit these types of searches, the LLC1 and/or CON29 forms together with a suitable plan must be emailed to landcharges@nfdc.gov.uk

The cost of the search and how to pay will be relayed to you by the Land Charges team upon receipt of the email. Payment must be received prior to any work on the search being carried out.
