Business Rates - Set up a Direct Debit

You can use this form to either:

set up a Direct Debit to pay your Business Rates
change your existing Direct Debit details
change the collection date

You can use this form to set up a Direct Debit on behalf of another person, if you are paying from your bank account.

To fill in this form you will need:

the Business Rates account number (starts with 30)
your bank details

We will check the bank account details and the address where the account is registered. If we are unable to verify these details, you can:

upload a bank statement showing the name, address and bank details entered on this form, or
provide alternative bank account details

In some cases, you will need to fill in a paper direct debit instruction, for example if more than one person is required to authorise payments from a bank account.
