Our assisted collection service is for households who are unable to place waste and recycling by the kerbside for collection. Please tick the box to confirm there is no one living at the property that is able to do this. We may visit you to discuss your request.*

Due to health and safety reasons we cannot collect from first floor properties, please tick the box to confirm your collection is on the ground floor.*
