Please use this form to make a complaint about a planning enforcement matter. We will investigate your complaint and reply to you by e-mail or in writing, usually within 7 working days. We will advise you if our initial investigations will take longer to complete.

The comments that we will give you are at officer level only, without prejudice, and solely based on the information provided to the Council. It does not, in part or in full, form a legal determination under Section 191 or 192 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990. If planning permission is required information is available on our website on how to submit a planning application.
