Crisis and Resilience Fund application
This form should be filled in to support those in crisis and experiencing financial hardship and who can evidence that they do not have sufficient resources to resolve their immediate crisis without going without essentials, incurring unmanageable debt or making their financial situation worse.
To be eligible you must be:
over the age of 18 and be responsible for paying household bills
a resident of the New Forest district
have insufficient resources to meet your immediate short term needs
have limited savings
getting Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Pension Credit or have a low household income after essential living costs have been met
Funding is extremely limited and awards will only be made in exceptional circumstances. As we are aiming to support as many households as possible, we will be prioritising those that have not previously received an award. The funding cannot be used for ongoing rent payments or to clear non-priority debts.
To complete this form you will need:-

details of your household income, for example Universal Credit, wages
details of your household expenditure
if relevant, evidence of your rent and rent arrears from your landlord (any successful payment must be passed to your landlord)
