National Non-Domestic Rates - Small Business Rate Relief Review

You can use this form to tell us of a change of circumstances since you were awarded Small Business Rate Relief. For example:

the premises have become empty
you have occupied an additional property in England

If you have received a bill but no longer occupy the property, you do not need to fill in this form, instead you can tell us that you have moved.

You can fill in this form on behalf of another person, if you have their consent to do so.

To fill in this form you will need:

the Business Rates account number (starts with 30) which is shown on the front of the bill you have received
