Hi Hannah

The above TPO has been made and sent today.

HOWEVER,  I'm afraid I have managed, by accident, to delete the whole case from Acolaid.

I've spoken to IT and they said they should be able to reinstate it from their backup records but it may be done until tomorrow (Friday).
All the letters have been sent out and the details are still on GIS.  It just means that the TPO cannot be scanned until the record is reinstated, so hopefully I will be able to do that on Tuesday and then it will be available on our website.
