Personal Search Order Form

If you are an individual or property search agent, you can request to book a personal search by completing this form. The form must be fully completed and each search request can only be for a single dwelling.

Please note this form can only be used to submit personal searches

Plans must be submitted with all searches

Planning Policy information will not be disclosed as part of the search, If your property is within the New Forest District Council planning area, an interactive policies map is available.

If the property is located within the New Forest National Park, you will need to visit their interactive policies maps

If you require Con29O questions you will need to request these through the official search system.

Once we receive your search we will advise you when the search will be returned, this will be within EIA legislation but usually within 7-10 working days.
